Amabuki Junmai Omachi Hiyaoroshi 1.8L

Amabuki’s autumn limited sake “Hiyaoroshi” matured over the summer, brewed with Omachi rice and cosmos flower yeast. Caramel and vanilla-like aroma with good balance of umami flavor and acidity. Can be enjoyed at different temperatures. Good match with grilled fish, meat and other strong flavored dishes.
