A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot, with aromas of roasted plums, black currant and cherries, as well as aromas of earth, balsamic vinegar, Sichuan pepper and vanilla. The taste is medium-bodied, with acidity and juicy fruit, with a spicy finish.
