Premium Yamagata-made sake making rice “Dewa Sansan” was used for this Junmai Ginjo Genshu. Brewed in the the coldest season with low-temperature fermentation and matured at -2C to give smooth and soft taste. It also has good flavor of rice and acidity spread in your mouth. it can be enjoyed at various temperature.
