This umeshu used ume syrup, which made with Setsuda-ume apple vinegar (from Higashine, Yamagata), and sugar; blended seamlessly with Choyokotobuki Junmai sake, this umeshu has a mellow and pleasing flavour. Adding “Rice Power ” extract which made with koji, yeast, lactic acid bacteria and rice, which is beneficial to the stomach, makes this umeshu healthier.
