This is the masterpiece from Matsui Brewery. This unfiltered, undiluted premium Junmai Daiginjo was brewered with Kyoto Sake rice “Iwai” polished to 35% with longer low-tempuerature fermentation. It has mellow aroma like pear, rich taste and smooth finish. IWC (International Wine Challenge) silver medal award sake. Worth trying this special one.
