The Philosophy is the result of over a decade of dedication, with our winemakers requiring vision, strength, passion and drive to craft this exceptional quality wine. Aged in French and American oak for two years prior to bottling, the wine spent a further two years in bottle to ensure adequate maturation. The Cabernet was sourced from small parcels of super premium fruit from Langhorne Creek and Clare Valley. The Shiraz portion came from the Clare Valley and the Barossa Hills. This iconic wine displays the McGuigan family’s dedication to Australian winemaking.
