Spring limited sake from Mitsutake Brewery. This Junmai Daiginjo sake is Usu-Nigori Sake, with a bit of “Sake Kasu” at the bottom and misty. With a rich aroma of raw rice and refreshing fruitiness, such as melon and a bit of peach. Smooth on palate with balanced tastes of rice, sourness and Umami (savouriness). Light finish with a hint of rice taste. 1,000 bottles limited produced with a beautiful sakura bottle.
