Tempus Two Copper Tempranillo 2017 New South Wales

A bubble gum like candy lift imparted from the whole bunch ferment dominates strawberry preserve, rose hip and plum nuances. A fruit driven wine, light in structure and very, very approachable. The word moreish springs to mind. Plum fruit with savory notes dominate amongst a bright red fruit spectrum.
