Aged in white oak barrel for 3 years, this Shirasagi Japanese Blended Whisky is smooth and gentle. Golden color, smell Pear like, white camellia, honey and vanilla. The mouth is mellow and smooth, with a creamy sweetness with a touch of pungency. The aftertaste is spicy with dried fruits.

Roasted pecans colour, lots of toasted oak with rich caramel. Big, rich, and complex taste. Delightful spice and pepper notes fade to milk chocolate with just a hint of smoke. Complexity continues. Nicely warming, with lingering chocolate and baking spices.
