Tasting Notes: High quality Umeshu made by a sake brewery in Wakayama where you can get the best quality plums. Used the best plum “Nanko ume” and aged more than a year. This Sake base Umeshu gives fruity aroma, refreshing taste and sake flavor. Reccomended to drink on the rock.
Tasting Notes: One of the hardest sake rice to harvest, Omachi rice is the premium rare rice for sake production. This limited Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Omachi rice, polished to 35%. Elegant aroma, fruity and mellow flavor spead in your mouth with good aftertaste. Produced only 1,000 bottles.
