Bretz

Ernst Bretz Winery is a family winery, based in the heart of the Rheinhessen. The winery has been running since 1721 and is now managed by the 9th and 10th generation of the family. Ernst Bretz Winery respects its rich traditions and aims to work hard to make their wines better every day. To maintain the high standard of their wines, they combine manual work with modern machines and technology. All vineyard work, wine cellar work, such as fermentation through to the bottling of wines, is done by themselves. They don’t buy any grapes from outside growers maintaining complete control over wine production.

Bodega Septima

The surroundings of a privileged ecosystem. Our winery is part of the mountain with its beats and the pulses of life amongst its peacefulness.

This stone building immersed in the foothills and its vineyard make up an oasis in a genuine high-altitude desert. Its architecture brings together the noble materials of the Andes mountain range –rocks, river stones, chippings, sand and silt-, achieving perfect harmony with the landscape. A winery-mountain integrated into the Andes.

Our wines contain the Andes heartbeats and the vibrations that give life to a unique natural setting.

Grof Degenfeld

In 1994 the Count Degenfeld family successfully revived its wine estate in the Tokaji wine region following their over 150-year-old tradition. Winemaking has always included the love of nature, respect for traditions and all this combined with the modern technology. Our chief winemaker produces all the varietal wines clearly introducing the leading grape varieties of the region – the Furmint, Harslevelu and Yellow Muscat – and making sweet Tokaji wine specialities including the famous Aszú wines.
